Our Mission
Powering Change Together
Join the Solar Revolution

Be a part of Africa's sustainable future. Partner with Jetty Power to bring solar energy to more communities and contribute to Mission 300 in 2030.

Our mission is to provide clean, reliable, and affordable energy on a global scale, mainly in West Africa. We are a team of international leaders with over 50 years of combined experience in project financing (Morgan Stanley, BNP Paribas, Havas, Vivendi), implementing our own integrated solar energy solutions, and a unique network among financial institutions, investors and authorities in Europe, the United States, Asia, and particularly the Middle East (UAE, KSA, Qatar, etc.).

We achieve our mission through the design and deployment of next-generation solar technologies with an innovative integrated approach: « Universal Solar Parks TM: electricity, water, agriculture, connectivity, education ».

Concept

Our Concept :
« Universal Solar Park TM »

The Jetty Power project has been designed to be easily replicable and scalable across West Africa, North Africa, and any other african region regions with similar exceptional levels of sunshine per year. An innovative creation: the Universal Solar Park (USP).

The unique patented concept of « Universal Solar Park »: electricity, water, food, connectivity, education" includes a solar power generation plant using photovoltaic (PV) panels with an installed generation capacity of 120 MW (1x50 MW + 2x35 MW) on a developed site of over 150 hectares. The grid-connected photovoltaic systems consist of photovoltaic panels, solar inverters, power conditioning units, BESS storage stations and grid connection equipment with the offtaker network.

Universal Solar Park

In addition, 10% to 20% of the surface of the solar park is dedicated to agrivoltaic exploitation for vegetables, cereals and fruits, water pumps, shade houses alongside youth training buildings (with two curriculums in agri-tech and solar energy expertise).

These agrivoltaic systems adhere to a regenerative model where the systems produce net-zero energy and feed it into the interconnected grid for national needs (national offtaker) or for export via regional interconnection (such as WAPP in West Africa).

Baobab of Gift & Fraternity

At the heart of this unique “Universal Solar ParkTM” lies a symbolic and emblematic installation reflecting Jetty Power’s approach: the “Baobab of Don and FraternityTM”, designed by Hervé Louifi and patented by Jetty Power.

This Solar Baobab is a 6 to 8-meter-high structure with solar panel branches and a metal tube trunk, housing at its core a round table and benches that invite discussion. It is inspired by the traditional “palaver tree”, a precolonial African institution that embodies African communal philosophy, rooted in democracy and consensus among all members of the community.

This tree, a sacred customary symbol, is traditionally the designated place for daily gatherings of family elders or for telling ancestral stories to the community’s children.
Our Solar Baobab shares the same ambition: to bring people together and foster connection. It features solar panels powering a LoRaWAN and/or WiFi 7 station at its base, providing high-speed internet connectivity to the village and low-speed connectivity to our connected devices within a 10-kilometer radius. The Solar Baobab also supplies electricity for 10 mobile phone chargers discreetly built into the table surface.

At Jetty Power, we build living hubs, trees of fraternity, and training pathways to create sustainable resources and jobs for the youth and the entire community.

Our Roadmap :
Accelerating Mission 300

Africa represents 60% of the world total solar potential and only 1% of the operated solar plants. Each solar project can last 3 to 4 years from inception to connection to the grid. Sub-saharan africa cant wait anymore while 600M people are still off the grid.. We need to try harder. We need to fill this gap by helping providing the 300GW Africa needs.

Mission 300

Mission 300 launched in Dar es Salaam by World Bank and African Development Bank is the new program that intend to connect 300M of people before 2030. At Jetty Power, we want to leverage this initiative and other existing programs like JETP ( Joint Energy Transformation Program) or Paris Agreeement to accelerate change while providing clean, renewable energy that reduces carbon footprints and supports environmental preservation. Our advanced concepts and green solutions are easy to deploy and scale, while meeting universal energy-led needs of African communities.
